Like our products, we make every effort for our packaging to be sustainable.
- We do not use plastic bubble wrap, peanuts or plastic air pockets. We protect all items in corrugated cardboard, fill voids with kraft crinkle shredded paper or kraft shipping paper - all of which are biodegradable and recyclable.
- If the product has a chance of leakage, we may wrap the product in wax paper that is grease and liquid resistant, but recyclable.
- All shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled post-consumer materials and are recyclable and biodegradable.
- Our shipping tape is paper base with renewable and biodegradable plant-derived adhesive & backing and is also biodegradable and can be recycled with our boxes.
- For environmental reasons, packing slips will not be shipped with any order. Customers are encouraged to use a copy of the emailed invoice as a packing slip instead.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.
Craft Naturals ships products on Tuesday and Thursday of every week. You will receive notification and a tracking number when a shipment has been sent.
Shipping times vary, but within Canada, seven business days is about the average.
Returns must be authorized by our customer service representatives and are only allowed within 30 days of receipt of an order. Call 1 (604) 493 2008 to speak with a customer service representative. If we are busy, you may need to leave a message. Please be prepared to give us the order number when you call - and leave it on your message if we are unable to answer.
All returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. All packaging must be returned in its entirety to qualify for credit.
Please note - for all returns, excepting errors made on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If a return is due to an error on our part please discuss matter with one of our customer service representatives as we can then determine the best method to return the goods.

If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, you may request a full refund within two weeks.

Please note - refunds can only be issued to the purchaser.
