Resellers can apply online from our website. We will review the application and grant access to those who are eligible. If accepted, you will receive an email with instructions to log into your Craft Naturals wholesale account.
Pricing will display as the wholesale pricing throughout the site for eligible products. There is also a Quick Order Form which can be accessed from Your Account page. This is handy for reordering quickly. If you have any questions or require help, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are happy to walk you through the system.
Our wholesale pricing is 40% off retail pricing.
Please note, this excludes the bundled items on the retail website - as they are discounted for our online customers and not intended for B2B sales.
The minimum purchase to receive wholesale pricing is 4 line items. In other words, you must purchase at least 4 of the same product. You will be alerted during checkout if you do not meet the requirements for wholesale pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery within Whistler, Squamish and Pemberton. Retailers will be sent an invoice rather than paying during checkout so that we can confirm delivery. Payment must then be paid online using the link in the invoice within 10 business day and prior to delivery. If payment is not made the stock will go back into inventory.
For all other Canadian shipping destinations, we offer discounted shipping for orders under $400 which is 6% of your purchase order - so a purchase of $100 is $6 shipping. We offer free shipping for orders over $400.
International orders will be notified of shipping fees and sent an invoice in a follow-up email.
We are happy to offer any marketing support needed. We have a media kit as well as all product photos and pre-designed social media graphics which can be utilized on your own channels and website. In addition, we promote all retail locations on our own social media channels.
We also offer complimentary in-store displays for retail locations in the Sea to Sky Corridor and the lower mainland for the duration our products are sold. If this interests you, we will discuss your store set-up/aesthetic and order the appropriate displays. Once arrived, we will deliver, assemble and set-up the displays. Please allow up to a month for display delivery.
Our display components include in-store signage and branded bamboo plaques, wood and metal floor shelves, corrugated floor and table displays, tiered wooden displays and more.
